ZARA Polka-dot Strappless A-Line Dress

I love this dress. The fabric is stretchy, and it has a slight A-line. I wore it twice and now am ready to send it to someone else to love. Labeled a large, but I feel it would fit a medium or even a busty small a but better so posted as a medium. I was definitely a medium when I bought it, and it fit perfectly. see photos for measurements.
