Fair warning, the bottom part is 15-17 inch if I stretch it really hard (10in without stretching) and would barely get past my shoulders as I tried to put it on. So if your shoulders are smaller than that, then it just might fit. 😅

@mjbmac there are no defects but it's impressively tiny! I could not even put it on and usually, stretchy x small does fit me lol. The bottom part is 15-17 inch if I stretch it really hard, and would barely past my shoulders as I tried to put it on. So if your shoulders are smaller than that, then it just might fit. 😅
