Attatched at the bottom is a very large asymmetrical frayed hemline and gathered tight black frill that really flows. Top half of dress is a one shoulder style with a slightly lose look and fit that has some gathering and fraying that matches up with the bottom frayed attached frill. Has two slip in side pockets. Interior has 100% lightweight sheer cotton lining that comes down the dress two thirds of the way. A casual laid back renaissance, bohemian, victorian vibe of a dress.
