ZARA | Smocked Floral Bell Sleeve Dress

- Short floral trapeze dress, royal blue with floral pattern. - 3/4 length flounced bell sleeves. Slight high-low hemline. - Round neckline with smocked elastic yoke at the front. Thin fabric with a lot of movement. - 4.5” keyhole button closure at back. No fabric care label but feels like polyester or poly blend. Unlined. - GREAT pre-loved condition. Worn a handful of times.
