lilian410 @marzenuszka Hello, there is a range to the waist measurement because it is elastic. When unstretched the measurement all around is 24in. at max stretch it is 34in. I hope this helps!

lilian410 @marzenuszka In my opinion, I considered it casual. Perhaps I wear skirts and dresses quite regularly. I think it is easy to dress this skirt up or down depending on the top and shoes you pair it with!
