buttercupdays Hi Lib, I just saw your review on the jacket that you bought and I am so very sorry! I didn’t know about the zipper pull or I would have pictured it and mentioned it. I try very hard to be honest and accurate in my descriptions because I have received things that were not accurately depicted and that really bothers me. I will be happy to pay for you to have the zipper pull replaced. I appreciate your kind comments but I am genuinely sorry that I overlooked the zipper pull. 🙁🌼
