ZARA trf asymmetric ruffle faux leather mini skirt XS

ZARA Trafaluc black pleather/faux leather skirt with unique asymmetric tiered layers. It's an XS, but the waist measures across as 13.5" and it is only 13" long, so I believe it is meant to be worn below the waist, as a mid-rise or even low-rise skirt. Side zipper. Very cool piece!
