"Zum Zum by Niki Livas" was a popular brand in the 90s, known for special occasion dresses with a whimsical or gothic aesthetic. The dress combines black fabric with a green, glittery bodice and a green ribbon accent at the waist. Tulle or mesh overlay on the bodice.
