New with tags. However please note missing the brand tag but has the retail tags on it. Also shows some slight wear due to being floor model and tried on. Size 38 or medium. However it's an oversized fit and can also likely fit a large (I am a size 10 or large and it fits me). The sparkle on it is out of this world.
