Zand Amsterdam reversible skirt

Here is an amazing piece! Brand new with tags, it's a reversible skirt from Zand Amsterdam. One side a lovely blue with black flowers, the other side a wonderful pattern of big bold flowers. The buttoned belt at the top for some reason zips right off if you want (haven't quite figured that one out). But the best part about this skirt is that it will fit any size; there is a double row of buttons that snap in to whatever size you want. A very funky skirt!
