Cute blue and white striped blouse from Zara. Ruffle detail and silver button neckline. Waist length style. Looks great with Jean shorts! I believe it is cotton or cotton blend but I removed material tag. Excellent pre-owned condition with no flaws other than material tag missing. Size Small. Approximate measurements: 20” pit to pit, 22.5” shoulder to hem.
