-functional pockets -awesome condition. Only worn a few times. -100% cotton so minimal stretch -flat laying measurements: 14 in waist 19 inches at widest part of skirt 15 inches length -Tag says Medium, but I ’m currently a medium and would consider this a small. It doesn’t go up my 40in hips.
