@moniquerollin yes, I think it would fit a size 12 comfortably because you can choose to wear the jacket open or use the ties to close it. Since it has ties not buttons it is easy and comfortable to wear. The 24 inche inner ties means you can adjust the jacket to where you want it. Hope this helps.
