Zara Mini Belted Black Dress

NWT Zara Dress Small Black Voluminous Textured Polka Dot Mini Belted V Neck. Short V-neck dress featuring short puff sleeves and a removable belt in the same fabric with lined buckle. One of the belt loops was sooo weak, it broke (see pictures)!
