Zara chic, softly draping Lyocell fabric, long black vest with shawl collar, tie at waist, pockets with silver-tone rings, and slits at side. Belt in same fabric held in place by belt loops. I don't think you'd want to wear this as a sleeveless dress because there are not buttons or zipper in front, just the belt. Never worn. Smoke-free, pet-free home. (Although I love love love cats and dogs. . . )
