Zara Olive Green Knee-High Boots, EU41

Stylish khaki-olive waterproof knee-high boots by Zara. Chunky sole for comfort. Perfect for any season. Notes: I forgot to measure the length of the sole but I'm happy to do so if requested. In my experience, these would fit between a 9.5-10. I am between an 8.5-9 and these were big on me, but I wore them anyway because they are so cool! There are a few slight scuffs but are otherwise in excellent condition. Please see photos for more detail. Approximately 17" circumference at the top of the boot. Weird thing: although both boots are the same length, one is stamped 39 inside. I'm not selling two different sizes--I didn't even notice this until I took the photos. I bought them in a box marked 41, they fit like a 41, and they are the same length. Still, it's weird, I get that. I will answer all questions honestly and to the best of my ability.
