These pants are pre-owned. They do unzip into shorts but there is a thread attached to them still so that will need to be removed before being able to unzip fully. They are wrinkled due to storage. The length from top to bottom is approximately 42" Inseam is about 30" Waist is 15 when measured laying flat The shorts length is 21.5" And the shorts inseam is about 9"
