Zara Retro Cropped Sweater Vest - Size 13-14

Retro look cropped sweater vest with a split hem. Size tag says 13 - 14 cm, it would fit a ladies small, please confirm fit with measurement photos. No fabric tag, but I did find one online and the vest is 50% polyester, 33% wool and 17% acrylic. In great condition!
