Zara Ruffle Polka Dot Sleeveless Blouse

The blouse has some flaws. There are a few loose threads on the front V of the top. There is also what looks to be red ink marks on the inside of the top but it’s not noticeable on the outside. There is also a mark/stain on the back bottom of blouse. Again not noticeable. Please look at photos for more details. Thanks!
