Romantic, delicate Zara (S, but will fit M) oversize, flowy, black blouse with softly falling ruffles. This shirt floats. (It's gorgeous but I just never wore it - so many black shirts in my closet.) P to p: 19" Fabric content tag removed. It's poly or rayon/viscose. It's delicate and could snag on other items, so I suggest only hand washing.
