tmixo @mc_style66 Hi there. My apologies for the late response. So the waist measurement is hard to say becuase it is an adjustable tie around. So you can make it tighter or bigger. But laid out flat. It is 16 inches across. And the bust 14 inches. If it helps, my waist is about 32 inches (all the way around) and my bust is 37 inches (all the wu around) and it adjusts to fit me perfectly.
