Very good pre loved condition. Part of the button on the neck slit had broken off ( see pictures) otherwise it is in very nice condition.

Hello, is this turtleneck itchy? Most wool makes me very itchy so just checking to make sure. Also, is the neck part tight around the neck or loose cowl neck style. Thanks!

In addition, it is made of relatively soft wool which is not scratchy for me;but,if you are very sensitive,I would advise wearing something underneath. The turtleneck mesurement is 17 inches not stretched.
