@kellygreene111 I’d say it is! the waist un-cinched is about 19.5 inches (I uploaded a photo for you to see). Though it would probably be worn cinched in around the waist for a closer fit - as I wore it myself. That being said, since it is a utility jacket I image it is made to fit a little bit looser, and the drawstrings do give the option for wearing a sweater underneath. Hope that helps! 🥰

As well, I now lean toward the M/L size measurement, and this no longer fits me like it once did.
