Zara Vibrant Blue Button-Down Dress

Has small belt loops (one on each side) but the string belt is missing, however I never used it and when I did wear a belt with it I wore one of my own. blue button-down dress with a ruffled hem. Loved pairing this dress with sneakers but you could dress it up too
