Super cute and sexy romper. Has a very vintage look and feel. Cut out under bust shows some skin. Looks like a mini dress from the front but shorts in the back. Waist is 13" laying flat, bust is 15" laying flat. Fits xs-s.Not much give as the exterior is 100% cotton. Please let me know if more measurements are required!
