Zara White Cotton Crop Blouse with Neck Tie SZ XS

Brand new cropped 100% cotton blouse with with neck tie. Has 3 small buttons underneath tie. Shoulder pads. Light and airy. Wear in the summer with a pair of shorts, or really any time of year. I've never seen a crop top like this. Super cute!! Last pic shows a couple of tiny tiny dots which I'm sure will come out but seriously not noticeable when wearing.
