Zara black patent open toe heels

Zara, black patent, open toe heels with adjustable straps. Size 38. Heel is ~10cm. Worn a handful of times. Left foot - patent has been scratched off on the inside (shown in pics) & both feet have minor scratch marks on the heels (not noticeable, shown in pics).
