Super cute powder blue summer dress with awesome pockets by Zara. 100% cotton. NWOT--my daughter tried it on and decided she didn't want it...after she removed the tags.🫣 Size Small but because of the stretch in the top part and the fullness of the skirt, it could fit larger.
