Zara brand new size 0 skinny cheetah jeans

Brand new without tags. This is a size 0 but fits exceptionally small. I couldn't even get it past my hips. These jeans would fit a size 23 to a tiny 24 waist. Denim has a little bit of stretch to it, but the waist has no stretch. Would be a good size for someone who is really tiny or a teen.
