Zara cable knit sweater with fringe

Very soft off-white turtle neck sweater with long bottom trim. Excellent pre owned condition. Love this sweater but ready for something new! Would fit a size 0 or 2 if you want it oversized. It fits me like a regular not oversized sweater and I’m a size 4. However I’m 5’10, and it think it would have looked cuter on someone not as tall!
