Zara cocktail dress

Satin like material with green floral print. Dress is meant to be loose on top and fitted on the bottom half (It does not fit me in the right places). There is fabric draped over the bottom front (could easily be removed). The mock turtleneck buttons at the back of the neck and the back is open from the neck to the waist. The front has a sexy cutout below the neck. Bought in Brazil (339 R $= $85 Canadian), tags still on, never worn.
