Zara floral tweed like short, lined skirt

Really cute zara basic skirt... fully lined, like a tweed fabric. Has a side zip, buttons on front are actually snaps. The colour is a light blue with black flowers. Does have a pull in the back as seen in picture... but overall super cute skirt. Waist measures 13.5"
