Zara flowered Dress elastic waist open back

This is a really nice Zara dress long sleeves with beautiful ruffled sleeve . There is an elastic waist that gives a nice puffed effect around the waist and the skirt drops nicely. It is lined on the inside. Would look really sleek with some tights or funky leotards, it is in like new condition.
