Zara high elastic waist pants NWOT

Zara high rise cuffed and cropped pants with elastic & tie waist in dark navy blue. Lightweight fabric, pockets, great for spring and summer, can be dressed up or down. Tried on but never worn, selling because they're not my size anymore.
