Zara knee-high lug sole boots, size 41

Zara Olive/Khaki green rubberized knee-high lug sole boots--a highly sophisticated take on rain boots. There are a few scuffs on these but otherwise they are in great shape. Please see photos for more details. Size EU41--I think these would probably fit a 9.5-10 best. I am in-between an 8.5-9 and found them big, although I still wore them because they look so good!****Please note that this is only my opinion and experience, so please ask for measurements or more information to ensure they are right for you.**** ****Although they are both 41s, the inside of one is stamped 39.*** I will answer any questions honestly and to the best of my ability.
