There was a mistake on this for the red one same as this and it charged me twice. I only want one not two. Can the mistake be fixed

Thank you for visiting my closet and purchase the sweater...in my end it shows a red colour,size medium,that is what a shipped.
I am not sure what happened,maybe we should ask Poshmark for clarification.
