Zara lace up black ankle boots

Zara, Size 39 (EU) 8.5 (CA/US), worn once, (bit of creasing on the front as seen in first picture.), zipper detail on sides. Stud detailing around base of boot. Do not believe they are genuine leather, but am not sure.
