Zara leather ankle boots lug sole

Brand new Zara leather ankle boots Chunky sole They have never been worn outside Have some very minor scuffs, and on one shoe the leather has separated from the strap on the pull thing, please see last picture Size is EU 40 which is equivalent to US 9 S1
