alexandrammb @rhiannarobertso Hi! I think it depends on how you want it to fit. I'm between a L-XL myself and it was a bit loose, which was how I wanted it. I'd suggest checking the measurements in the listing against other dresses in your closet that you like the fit of!

alexandrammb @sophieboulan172 Hey! The waist and hip are meant to be free-flowing. Laid flat the waist measurement is approx. 23" at the maximum. I'm a 32" waist and there's plenty of room!
