lisaleanne719 @judyryan74 the waist is 28”unstretched but easily stretches to a 30. The rise is 8”. I did notice some of the seam thread is needing reinforcement on the butt . It’s intact but a bit loose on outside only . Easy fix . If still interested, let me know and I’ll go as low as $10 because of the seam .
