Zara ruffled hem sleeveless blouse size xs

Zara sleeveless ruffled lined blouse with tie at back of neck. Size xs Note photos of condition- small crease in the fabric next to the left side of v neck and on back across right shoulder blade. Not sure if this will come out with steaming, I do not actually see a pull anywhere. 24” long 18” stretched ptp. Lovely soft flowy fabric
