Zara sapphire blue short dress with puff sleeves

100% cotton. Only worn once, fits tight (I’m normally a small) with a nice stretch. Flattering dress with ribbed design on the main body and lighter fabric on the sleeves. Can be worn as a shirt dress over leggings. Measures 11.5” pit to pit (when laying flat with no stretch applied), length is 31-32” ♻️ I reuse shipping materials to save on waste 💚
