Zhejiang China Pottery Vase Vessel Marked Symbols Brown Pottery Vase Small Size

Vintage ceramic pottery jar, quite rustic and glazed in brown. The flat lid fits neatly onto the body but would need help of some twine to keep it into place. The body with 4 loops with a piece of string to tighten the lid or use as handles when loose. The flanks are marked in Chinese characters and the place name Zhejiangchina. These kind of jars are glazed on the inside and traditionally used as kitchen storage, for tea, ginger or pickles. Size: 4.5 inches tall Condition: Good vintage condition without and damage to note. Comes with the lid.
