scmcintyre7 @judyryan74 Laying flat top of skirt no stretch is 7 inches approx. it is stretchy and can easily stretch to 12 inches. I would say fits true to Zimmermann sizing if you are familiar with the brand. Pics added. Thanks.

scmcintyre7 @judyryan74 the set is blue. I put it on today and measure the very top of the band and it was 27 inches around on me and there was still a 2 to 3 inches of more stretch available. Hope that helps.
