Brand new without tags. Full disclosure I snipped off the strings this dress originally came with & I think it looks way better without. You can see from the last photo what they looked like. Can’t notice they aren’t there anymore. All photos were taken with a black slip. Note the slip is not included.

luxeconcierge @judyryan74 pit to pit is 24. Waist is elasticized. Fully extended it’s 23. Both are measured laying flat across (one side only) keep in mind it’s a v neck. I was planning on sewing it up slightly but never ended up wearing.
