Zombie Head Eating A Rat Halloween Decoration Flaws

This item is pre-owned and in used condition. There is a piece on the bottom stand that is broken off but the head still sits as it should. When tested the face doesn’t move like it’s supposed to but it does move when he’s eating the rat. Please see all photos for exact item. It is approximately 9” tall
