Complete, never used. Includes 3 DVDs, 2 toning sticks for use in routines. Geared to seniors, a less strenuous but effective dance workout system. I attended live sessions and loved them, when I lived in California, but returned to Canada prior to pandemic when I develop back issues and required medical. Bought this in hopes of continuing routines here but health won’t permit.
