ba&sh Black and White Puff Sleeve Wrap Dress

BA&SH wrap dress - very good condition. Size small. Chic French styling and classic Parisian French girl vibes. Measurements are posted in the pictures but please note the back of the dress has elastic smocking, so the sizing is very forgiving. Hidden snaps at the slit and the bust keep it closed and everything in place! Ankle length on me, but I’m 5’3!
