bebe Vintage Y2K Black Rain Boots ~ EU size 38, fits small, tight towards calf area; ~ Up to the knee length; ~ Small platform in the back; ~ Perfect for Fall/Spring rain season; ~ Small wrap around belts with brand name. I would recommend removing them as they are leather and in worn condition. You can remove them completely or put your own belt/charms around the boots; ~ Unfortunately, have to sell them, as with years they got small on my feet and calf area. In good worn condition, some scuffs and material fading. Very feminine and cute, would look nice with black tights, short skirts/shorts, dresses.
