black and white stylish skirt

New, never worn, very cute unique skirt. The open knit design (pls see tag attached); handcrafted. Size is L, but fit is more like M. Fabric is very starchy and fits tight around waist 15" across the waist at the front. 25" length. Great piece - comfort and style in one.
